Methodist Hospital Earns NICHE Re-designation for Efforts to Improve Care for Older Adults
The John A. Hartford Foundation Institute for Geriatric Nursing at New York University College of Nursing has re-designated Methodist Hospital a NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Health System Elders) site to acknowledge the hospital's commitment to geriatric nursing care. Methodist Hospital was the first hospital in Nebraska to receive the NICHE designation in 2006.
